zodiac aquarius is our single-origin roast from Colombia, select-grade and always small-batch roasted to order. 

The visionary, always seeking new horizons and this single-origin from Colombia reflects that bold originality. With medium acidity and a rounded body, the cup opens with rich dark chocolate, lifted by vibrant notes of mango and peach. The result is layered and complex, yet effortlessly smooth - a thoughtful balance of depth and brightness.

Grown in the lush foothills of Colombia’s Cordillera Central, this coffee comes from Café del Macizo. This single-origin is washed and sun-dried, highlighting the natural fruit-forward character of Caturra, Castillo and Typica varietals, producing a roast as original as the sign it represents.

Just like Aquarius, this roast is complex yet approachable, grounded in heritage yet reaching for the future. Every sip is a spark of originality: bold, bright and forward-thinking.
