Bold yet balanced - like the summer sun meeting midnight. This coffee brings a harmonious dance of deep chocolate and sweet molasses, brightened by a spark of orange peel. Subtle hints of juniper bring a botanical edge, finishing clean and resonant. The cup is layered yet precise, a true expression of Bali. 

Harvested by hand in the volcanic soils of the Kintamani Highlands, this Balinese beauty showcases the island’s unique wet-hulled tradition, enhanced by meticulous two-step sun drying on raised beds. The blend of Bourbon, Typica and Catimor varieties offers both depth and sparkle - chocolatey richness anchored in tradition, citrus brightness lifted by mountain breezes, and a botanical whisper that feels almost celestial.
